On Mission for Christ!!

Guatemala.....Honduras.....Colombia......Texas......Cuba. Lord wherever you want me to go, ill go!! Im so excited about being on mission for you. If its half way around the world, ill go. I you want me to stay here I will.
Guatemala in 4 months!! How EXCITING!?!? I'm so excited, I know i keep saying that, but I really am! The Lord has given me a heart for the Guatemalan people.

These words have been me, the past few days. Everything was not going"my way". Though I thought it was doing fine. Until Christ humbled me. He took my pride and threw it away. I was not having a good week and this song came on the radio "A Beautiful Exchange" I couldn't help but cry!! Why in the world was I trying to do life by myself?!? I knew I couldn't, but I "thought" I could. Holy are you God, Holy is Your Name!!!! I was lost, and insecure.....My heart will sing how I love you!!! Help me Lord with my unbelief.

Guatemala

" I need you to soften my heart and break me apart, I need you to open my eyes, to see that you are shaping my life, all I am I surrender, give me faith to trust what you say, that your good and your love is great, im broken inside I give you my life,i may be week your spirt is strong in me, my flesh may fail, my God you never will."


Guatemala......Im so excited!!! Only 190 days. Maby i should start packing!!! Just kidding. My youth Pastor just got back and he shared with us that five people got saved while they were down there!! How awesome is that!?! God is mighty to save! I love hearing stories about the Guatemalans coming to Christ! Especially when you see them come to Him and the visit them and they are so on fire for the Lord! The Guatemalans are so willing to hear about Christ!

 

 

 

 

I love hearing the Guatemalans praising God. They are singing to the same God that I sing to, the same one that rose from the dead! The some one that lives in me! Holy cow that's awesome. And He still has the same power today as He did then! That's mind blowing. 

1John 2:15-17

As I sit in my duel enrollment class I hear one explicit word after another. The first thought that roles into my mind,"did she really just say that?!?". Thin I think, this is what the WORLD is coming to. In Romans 12 it talks about how we are not to be conformed to this world. Also in 1 John it talks about how we are not to love the things of the things earth. As Christians we are to stand out, be different from the world. My next question is, am I different? Do people see a change in me, do they see Christ through me? Do they see how Christ has changed me? If I live like Christ is in the center, they will see a difference. 

 That's my prayer,
As People pass, And even if they don’t know my name
Is there evidence that I’ve been changed, When they see me, do they see You, I want to live like that, And give it all I have, So that everything I say and do,Points to You.

Jubilation

School is about to start yaaaa!!!! But that also means Jubilation starts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This past Jub trip was my first Jub trip, but I have been on a couple of other mission trips to Guatemala. This mission trip was different than the other mission trips I have been on. God did a work in my life during this trip As I feel God calling me to be a missionary I get more and more excited for that day where Im handed mt diploma, so i can start my mission. Then Im remind that I am on my mission now. I can be a missionary right here in my home town. In Matthew it tales about how we are to make disciples of ALL nations, that also means where you live. That's the Great Commission,so i think God is trying to tell us something. LETS GO MAKE SOME DISCIPLES!!!!!!
